Madison is a Paralegal for attorneys Mark E. House, Andrea Burnett O’Neill, and Amanda L. Barney. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Madison also attended Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and received her J.D. in 2021. Madison specializes in probate and trust litigation and administration.
AMANDA L. BARNEY is a partner of the firm. Amanda’s practice area is trust and estate litigation, with a particular focus on undue influence and financial exploitation. She is experienced in dealing with multi-jurisdictional trust and estate litigation, as well as litigation that deals with complex business and real property issues.
April has been a dedicated part of the Becker & House team since 2019. As the Office Manager, April plays a vital role in keeping the firm running smoothly. April brings a friendly, proactive approach to the office environment, she ensures that daily operations are efficient and that both staff and clients feel supported.
