You will initially be working with our Client Intake Coordinator, Lola Deibert. Lola will obtain additional information from you to establish your needs and provide a general overview of the process. She will discuss your matter with the attorneys to determine if our firm has the caseload availability to assist you and determine the next steps. The client intake process operates by appointment only due to the volume of potential clients we receive daily. You will be contacted by Lola to schedule an intake call within 24-48 hours of your original inquiry. Once an intake call has been performed, a potential client can typically expect a response regarding the next steps within 48-72 business hours after their initial intake call.
