Madison is a Paralegal for attorneys Mark E. House, Andrea Burnett O’Neill, and Amanda L. Barney. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Madison also attended Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and received her J.D. in 2021. Madison specializes in probate and trust litigation and administration.
Brandi joined the team in 2022 and is currently a Legal Assistant for John R. Becker. Brandi is an Arizona native and attended Arizona State University’s Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions where she received her B.S. cum laude in Criminal Justice and Criminology. In her free time, Brandi enjoys hiking with her 2 rescue dogs,
AMANDA L. BARNEY is a partner of the firm. Amanda’s practice area is trust and estate litigation, with a particular focus on undue influence and financial exploitation. She is experienced in dealing with multi-jurisdictional trust and estate litigation, as well as litigation that deals with complex business and real property issues.
