Amy Tanner

Amy is a Paralegal for attorneys Mark E. House, Andrea Burnett O’Neill, and Amanda Barney in the litigation, estate, trust, probate, and corporate areas.  She specializes in probate and trust administration and litigation.  Amy also assists clients with the administration of Guardianships and Conservatorships, transfers of real property, probate administration, trust administration, trust funding, and the formation of limited liability companies.

In addition to being a Paralegal, Amy is an Arizona licensed fiduciary (License No. 20849).   As a licensed fiduciary, Amy can be appointed as a personal representative, trustee, or conservator for estates, trusts and incapacitated persons, thus complementing and enhancing the services offered by Becker & House, PLLC. Amy has been an Arizona licensed fiduciary since November 2017.

Amy earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Arizona with a double major in Psychology and Political Science.  Amy joined the firm in 2023 and has over 25 years of experience in the legal field.

Amy has lived in Arizona most of her life and enjoys bowling, country dancing, fishing, reading, and spending time with her family.
