Alyssa J. Ploof

Alyssa joined the firm in 2016. She has worked a variety of roles at our firm over the years such as receptionist, legal assistant, and paralegal. Alyssa is currently the Client Intake Coordinator and Estate Planning Paralegal for attorney Mark E. House and his team.

If there is a potential client looking to hire one of our attorneys to assist with their case, Alyssa would be the first point of contact. She obtains additional information from the potential clients to establish their needs, provides a general overview of the process to them, and then she discusses their matter with the attorneys to determine how to proceed.  Alyssa is always dedicated to providing the best customer service experience to all of our clients, and we have found that this is the most effective and efficient way to operate for both potential clients and our firm.

Alyssa also handles estate planning drafting for attorney Mark House. Whether young or old, it is never too early or too late to plan for the protection of your assets through an individualized estate plan.
