Alec J. Ploof

Alec joined Becker & House in 2023 and serves as the Legal Assistant to attorneys Andrea Burnett O’Neill and Salim Shleef. In this role, he supports case management, client communication, and day-to-day operations with efficiency and attention to detail.

Prior to joining the firm, he spent over a decade in the client management and hospitality industry, where he developed a strong foundation in service, organization, and interpersonal communication. He takes great pride in integrating these skills into his work at the firm, ensuring each client is met with professionalism, care, and a personal touch.

Outside of work, Alec is a film enthusiast and tattoo collector who enjoys spending time in the gym, exploring new cuisine and craft beer around the Valley with his wife of 10+ years, and spoiling his three dogs—Maddie, Ekko, and Fizz.
