Cheri L. Murray

Cheri is a Paralegal for Mark E. House in the litigation, estate, trust, probate, and corporate areas.  She specializes in probate and trust litigation.  Cheri also assists clients with the formation of limited liability companies, transfers of real property, probate administration, trust administration and trust funding.  She also assists in drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, as well as the preparation of estate tax returns.

In addition to being a Paralegal, Cheri is an Arizona licensed fiduciary (License no. 20869).   As a licensed fiduciary, Cheri can be appointed as a personal representative, trustee, or conservator for estates, trusts and incapacitated persons, thus complementing and enhancing the services offered by Becker & House, PLLC. Cheri has been an Arizona licensed fiduciary since May 2018.

Cheri graduated from Erie Business Center with an Associate in Specialized Business Degree, Legal Major, and has her paralegal certificate from Pennsylvania State University.  Cheri has over 30 years of experience in the legal field, and has specialized in the probate and estate planning areas for over 25 years. Cheri joined the firm at its inception in 2006.
